DASH founder Lacey has taught group fitness classes for 14 years and has been a certified personal trainer for 7 – she has clientele in Bountiful, Draper, Kaysville, Layton, Lehi, Midvale, Ogden, Pleasant Grove, Riverton, Roy, Salt Lake City, Sandy, South Jordan, West Jordan, and West Valley City. Her clients throughout all of Utah believe in her approach – that group fitness, both small group and team training, is one of the best ways to work out. You’ll gain support and confidence from your classmates as you work through your fitness goals. The camaraderie that develops among a diverse group of individuals striving for the same goal is motivational and inspiring. At DASH, we want you to succeed, which is why our fitness center is welcoming and state of the art, just like our staff.
