Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a results oriented class that is sure to kick your rear into gear! Functional training is the focus and participants can expect a heart-pumping, resistance-training hour of drills, cardio combinations, plyometrics, core training, and military-style exercises created for those who don’t wear camo on a day-to-day basis!
Zumba
Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba® helps achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
Yoga
Yoga builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Pilates
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso). People who do pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.
Personal Training
We will offer FUNCTIONAL personal training with NASM certified trainers. You will finish your sessions feeling stronger, empowered, more confident and thrilled with your results. We offer private, semi-private and group training. We will also have a class called "Body Up" which will involve group personal training with only the best trainers for up to eight people. You will all hold each other accountable and achieve phenomenal results!!
Abs
30 minutes of ab defining exercises utilizing the inner and outer core. This is a must for swimsuit season!
Foam2 F.I.T.
This class is new to DASH!!!! Recovery is the limiting factor to performance. We want to offer our members a class that provides active recovery through self massage to your most dynamic muscle groups using the Foam Roll!!! Following foam rolling we will move into Functional Dynamic Training which will involve Core activation, Balance and Reactive Training. This class is necessary to help maximize your results from training and everyday life, while reducing your risk of injury. As a result, you’ll maintain the energy and focus needed to achieve sustainable success in both your fitness goals and life. Foam2 F.I.T. is taught only by qualified NASM certified Personal Trainers. This will also give you an opportunity to meet our trainers and consider working with them one on one!!!
